The AIRJET 100 is used directly on site at network levels 3 and 4. The blowing device is equipped with several cable-protecting monitoring functions, including automatic monitoring of surface pressure, reverse mode, automatic stop function, and crash test function. Data logging is fully automatic and stored in the cloud.
The AIRJET 100 interrupts the blowing process as soon as the measuring wheel detects that the fiber optic cable has come to a standstill. This function is particularly accurate and precise thanks to the use of an encoder: the AIRJET 100 records the rotation of the measuring wheel in 360 individual segments and can thus query the status of the cable at every single degree of a full rotation and stop the process if necessary.
The surface pressure is applied pneumatically on all AIRJET models. A pressure sensor precisely determines the set force and displays it on the screen. This feature makes the blowing process repeatable and easy on the cable. Cable-specific features can be taken into account during blowing.
